What is the role of hormones when it comes to breasts?

If your chest has not reached the size that you want, it is extremely likely that hormones have played (or not played) a role in this. It is the same story if you have suffered a loss of tone or volume.

Hormones are what make up genders. The surprising thing is that hormones in men and women are the same, but it is in fact their proportions that vary. Women generate testosterone just like men do, only 300x less of it. On the other hand, aging men generate more estrogen than women of the same age who have been through menopause.

The breast is a complex gland that is sensitive to certain hormones. The 3 hormones that are important for the breasts are the hormones in the estrogen family (oestriol, estradiol, estrone), progesterone and testosterone. This last one is important solely to ensure that it is kept at a low level and does not harm the other two. Growth hormone (GABA) may also be helpful, but is usually quite present if you have regular hours of sleep. Other hormones can be secreted through massage.

The two that we are ultimately left with are estrogen and progesterone. These are the two necessary building blocks needed to build breasts. Or rather, to build breast glands, given that if you remove the fatty tissues that cover them, these glands are the essential part of your breasts… and fortunately, they react very well to hormones.

These hormones evolve over the course of the menstrual cycle and throughout life, from puberty up until the menopause. During the menstrual cycle, ovaries secrete both hormones: estrogen and progesterone. The second is generated after ovulation, half-way through the cycle at 14 days. The ovary activity is controlled by another gland, the hypophysis gland, which is in the centre of the brain, sitting at its base. To achieve its goals, the hypophysis generates 3 hormones: FSH, LH and prolactin, which is responsible for lactation.

Estrogen helps the development of the breasts with regards to the ducts, the growth of the nipple and the pigmentation of its areola. It is through the receptors, located on the surface of the breast cells, that estrogen is able influence their growth. We call these parts of the cell the estrogen receptor.

Progesterone has an even more important effect on breast cells. It alone can accelerate or slow growth during pregnancy. Progesterone is also responsible for maturing these cells, in order to allow them to become able to secrete milk. It is therefore responsible for breast gain during pregnancy and the ability of all mothers to breast-feed.

As with estrogen, progesterone is capable of influencing breast cells through a receptor on the surface, which is called the progesterone receiver.

The growth cycle of hormones and breasts

At birth, breast development is insignificant in babies. There is only one breast bud present in girls, just like in boys. In some cases, babies may secrete a tiny amount of milk referred to as neonatal milk. This is due to the persistent presence of hormone in the mother – we can think back to estrogen and prolactin (the lactation hormone that comes from the mother’s hypophysis). These hormones travelled through the placenta and are eliminated after a few days.

During puberty, through the stimulation of the ovaries, hormones begin to influence breast growth. At first, the breasts are known as Thelarche (from the Greek ‘Thele’ which means nipple, and ‘arkhe’ for the beginning).

Growth occurs in 95% of those aged between 8 and 13. This is the very first sign of the onset of puberty. If it happens before eight years of age, it is referred to as early puberty.

The signal which triggers breast growth comes from the brain. The hypothalamus sends a hormone (LHRH) to stimulate the pituitary gland. The pituitary gland sends hormones to the ovaries (FSH and LH) that make estradiol (another hormone in the estrogen family). It is this hormone produced by the ovaries that triggers and then stimulates the development of the breasts.

At the start of breast growth, there is lifting, spreading and bulging. The channels of the breast will multiply, branch out and develop through the fatty tissue. The functional breast glands will come into existence through the stimulation of the progesterone that comes with the first menstrual period.

In medicine, breast growth was codified into 5 stages - S1 to S5

S1
This is the beginning, the protrusion of the nipple.

S2. Appearance of the breast buds and development of the nipple areola, which rises and widens. The presence of the buds can be felt under the areola. The two breasts do not necessarily develop at the same time. It can be the case that the delay spreads over several months.

S3 The areola of the breast continues to expand. The level and colour of pigmentation depends on the color of the skin.

S4
The nipple and areola are pushed forward by the mammary gland, which is located underneath, as it grows in size.

S5 The breast is now adult. The areola of the breast is no longer being pushed forward, and it is in the same plane as the breast. Only the nipple points outwards. The submammary fold is clearly visible.

Unfortunately, this coding does not take the last stage into account, which is that of growth continuity. This is extremely important because it defines the definitive volume of the breasts in adulthood. This growth is done according to the physical and psychological health of the adolescent during this stage

What are the causes of a small chest in adulthood?

Many initially believe that the reason is either genetic or simply random. However, our experience has shown us that nature has tended to generate things proportionately. Whether you think about our feet or about our hands, although there are genetic variations between people, our feet or hands are proportional to the rest of our body. Breasts are in a separate category as they grow starting from adolescence. In most cases, they will grow until their size respects the rule of proportionality with the rest of the body. Unfortunately, for some people, some external elements will disrupt and stop growth.

There are 5 possible causes that we have identified. A lack of vitamins or hormones, emotional or energetic blockages, and glandular issues such as those related to the thyroid or ovaries. Unfortunately, for the last case, home treatment trickier, and should be accompanied by a health care professional who will first regulate the problem. Fortunately this last case is rare, and the vast majority of cases (90-95%) are in the first four categories meaning that we can help them with the program. For the majority of women who struggle with a small chest or want to make their breasts grow, it is good to know that it is possible to get breast growth to pick back up again, even if they have not grown for a long time. By removing the root cause of the stop in growth and restarting the growth process, it is possible to naturally gain breasts to that are proportional the rest of the body just like everyone else. The results are entirely natural breasts that do not require special precautions.

Growth being impeded due to a lack of vitamins or minerals is not always because of a poor diet. A big growth spurt, a period of being overactive during the teenage years or a high consumption of fast foods can be causes of this stop. We can say that in these cases the body dealt with distributing resources at fast as possible and thus neglected the breasts, which eventually caused growth to stop. Nature prefers to take care of central organs before breasts, which are on the outskirts and will sometimes forget to return to the breasts, to complete the growth. This is one of the reasons the New Growth Program exists to restart the process.

Stunted growth due to a lack of hormones is a little bit similar, but is different in the sense that it is often accompanied by related symptoms such as acne or hair growth. In these cases, there may be a proportional lack of the hormones necessary for growth and too much of the hormone that inhibits it. A good example is adrenaline, which is a hormone that comes with stress and physical performance. For both of these two causes for stunted growth, the program has gathered plants that provide the necessary nutritional and hormonal elements in its capsules. These capsules are also accompanied by plant extracts and bio-identical progesterone cream that are applied to the skin and breasts to ensure that the elements necessary for growth are present in the necessary quantities, and in safe doses.

Stunted growth because of emotional blockages are varied. A simple comment from someone, struggles or difficulty understanding what is happening can cause a blockage in a teenager's mind. If we consider the fragility of a teen, it becomes clear that these causes are quite powerful on their developing bodies. Fortunately, homeopathy works at the emotional level and can get rid of these kinds of blockages. The program includes the preparation of several homeopathic products that can be adapted to all women who have had problems of this nature during their adolescence. The product also includes cellular information to inform the breast cells of their function if, during the growth slowdown, it was forgotten. The product is taken on the wrist between meals. It is presented in a spray bottle to make it easier to take.

Growth stoppages due to energy blockages are in the field of health in general. Chinese medicine defines 5 types of movements, which are complementary to each other. Our health depends on their harmony. For some women, it is possible that even though all other elements are indeed present, the vitality does not reach the breast tissues. The program gives the charts which show the places in the body that need to be stimulated to allow the return of movement and harmony as prescribed by Chinese medicine for thousands of years. These are quick and easy areas to stimulate that will work miracles for those who have experienced a lack of vitality in the area in question.

How does the program work ?

Unless you have suffered a stop in growth due to a glandular issue (thyroid, diabetes…) the program will help you, by combining all the different possibilities into the same one set. As such, it is not necessary to find the cause for the stop in growth in order to see results results, as in any case, growth will start again and your breasts will complete the growth cycle that nature initially planned and the results are perfectly natural breasts that do not require any special precautions.

The program therefore combines all natural and traditional approaches that have demonstrated results in increasing breasts size.

This program is based on several studies published in scientific and medical journals. We invite you to go to our patients' photos and testimonies to see concretely and imagine how this would translate into your everyday life.

It is a well-kept secret; your breasts are much more vibrant and changing than you are told they grew by themselves and continue to change with ovulations or pregnancies. For a long time, natural approaches have looked into these processes, gathering them together and understanding the benefits of each, and so we can now use them for you through this unique program!

Over the course of your life the size and shape of your breasts increases and decreases in line with the hormones in your body. If you carried children, your breasts even generated milk from the very same glands that made the breasts in the first place, through hormone triggering! Using hormones to complete the breast growth process is therefore very effective… but unfortunately, by itself, is not enough, the full program is there to help nature finish its work.
