How to use an electro-stimulator
The electro-stimulator is a little different from the laser because it also works with intensity. It has a power button that rangers from numbers 0 to 9.
It is turned off by leaving it on 0 for a few seconds.
It will not harm you, and you will just feel a vibration. As with the laser, rotate along the meridian line in the direction shown by the arrow. There is no need to press down hard.
Work on the points that I sent you in addition to the ones in the program.
Take a minute or more for each point. If possible, do them twice a day, as this will speed up results. (you can do it while watching TV)
If you feel more vibration in your hand than on the spot, it is because your skin is not very conductive, and so you should apply a little gel or water (non-greasy lotions also work, but not oil).
It is recommended that you use the biggest head, as it allows more for movement and also covers more space.
